My reports and Observations

Figure 3: My MST feedback in year 3 semester 2
Description figure 1
figure 1, shows my MCT feedback that I got it in level 6. It was about areas of development in instructions, my questions and the objectives. He mentioned that I should review my lesson objectives and my questions during the lesson should be suitable for the grade level. Also, the instructions time of the activity was too long.
Description figure 2
The second figure presents my other MCT feedback that I got it in level 7. It shows my development in the three sections that I had comments on them in year 3.

Justification
The previous two feedback demonstrate my development in the three areas (objectives, instructions and guided questions) over one semester. It is very crucial for me as a student teacher to learn from the feedback I got. Both figures show that I learned from my mistakes and wok on myself to be better. It is very important to sit back and think of things you can change to improve your skills and abilities.

Figure 1: My MCT feedback in year 3semester 2
Figure 4: My MCT feedback in year 4 semester 1
Description figure 1 & 2
figure 1, shows my MST feedback I got in year 3 semester 2. She commented on my voice level that it doesn't fit the activities. While figure 2, shows my MST feedback mentioning that my voice is clear for students.

Justification
Both figures presents my development from year 3 to 4. Voice notation is crucial to attract the students attention. Some students like to listen carefully to the teacher, especially auditory learners. If the teacher voice is low they want listen to hear and start to play or talk to other friends. The teacher voice should be vary from one activity to the another to be smooth and attract the students.

Evidence 2: Implementing Learning
Evidence 3: Planning for Learning

Figure 5: My MCT feedback before development (level 7)

Figure 6: My MCT feedback after development (level 7)
Description figure 3
In my first observation in year 4 semester 1, My MCT told me that you should explain more the differentiated activities in my lesson plan. I applied it in the class but it was not clear in the lesson plan.

Description figure 4
In the second observation I wrote a detailed lesson plan with specific instructions for the differentiation. And the MCT was happy with the differentiation part in the plan. She mentioned it was written clearly.

Justification
It is not necessary for the development to happen in two semesters in can happen in the same semester. I showed a growth that happened in level 7. I sat with my MCT and talk about what should I improve for the next observation and she stated that differentiation should be clear. All of us should reflect on our work and write our strengths and weaknesses to try to develop the weakness to be a better person than before. Teacher should reflect on her lessons daily to see what wen t well and what did not went well. So that the next day she can avoid the last mistakes.
