I took this course at HCT. The course was one hour long. We learnt how to write self reflections, the importance of it and what does and good reflection consist. The teacher showed us how to write one and we practiced it.
Justification
This course reflection is crucial for me as a teacher. It helped me to reflect on my teaching strategies and techniques that I used them for my students. Each lesson I sit back and think of what I did today and how I can improve it. When I used s method and doesn't work with my students I sit alone and think how can I make it better or what strategies would support their understanding. This way helped me to try different strategies and I noticed the improvement on my students.

I took this course at HCT. The course was one hour long. We learnt how to manage our times by using different strategies and skills such as: organize the time, make a to do list and always start with easy thing.
Justification
This course helped me in my internship and with my HCT assignments. It helped me to divide my time so that I do from each assignment a little piece. Everyday I specify one hour for each project so that I will not feel tired and lost my time. Now I am better than before. Before the course I find difficulties with organizing my time but now I am able to handle many work in short time.

I took certificate in HCT in the education conference. Some girls and I presented our Action research poster of cycle 1. Teachers and students came to this event from all campuses to listen to the students explaining their posters.
Justification
I learned a lot from this course, it developed me personally and professionally. In the professional side, standing in front of people and demonstrating my poster has developed my presentation skills. Also, it got different ideas and suggestions from graduate students and profession teachers. Their suggestions helped me a lot with my current action research. We exchanged our findings, limitations and what happen to us during applying the study.
