My Achievements

The two previous certificates demonstrate the best GPA certificates I got them in two levels (3 and 5). This certificate given for the best GPA among each class. I was happy to get the same certificates twice.

Justification
This certificate shows my enthusiasm as a HCT student. These kinds of certificates encourage students to do their best and work hard to get high marks to be rewarded. Also, it will give me a better chance to get a job because some employers look for high grades ans attitude.

The first certificate was about "First Aid" that I attend in "Suhaila School" during my training practice in my year 4 semester 1. The school nurse gave us the course and explain for us the main important things that everybody should know. For example, dealing with burns and injuries but not severe injuries. The course was about 2-3 hours. She used first aid guide and show us some pictures in it. Also, she showed us a practical way if we face a surface wound and she gave us some advises to deal with injury children.

Justification
I included this certificate because it is very important for my career as a primary teacher. Students are active and they might get hurt so it will help me to cure them. Also, as a mother it will help me with dealing with my own kids to protect them. I think it will be a bonus for me when I will apply for a job. If the employer see that I have this certificate I might have an opportunity to get the job. Because it is an important certificate.

I got both of the certificates from "Ibn Dhaher school" in my year 3 semester. My friends and I volunteered in the school and we help some teachers by observing students in the final exams. Also, we helped the vice-principal with some papers about students personal files. Everyday after the classes finish we observe the bus students until they leave the school to organize the queue. They were happy with us that we make their work easier

Justification
These certificates were proof of my professionalism in the school because I did something extra than teaching and planning. Volunteering has become very necessary for students in UAE because our government want us to gain experience in different fields to help us in our future career. The more you experience new things the more you learned something new. Also, it give us the chance to learn new skills and build new relationship with different people.
The appreciation certificates in my opinion is more a personal and formal way to say thank you. It makes me really happy that they appreciate the simple help that I gave them.

I took certificate in HCT in the education conference. Some girls and I presented our Action research poster of cycle 1. Teachers and students came to this event from all campuses to listen to the students explaining their posters.
Justification
I learned a lot from this course, it developed me personally and professionally. Regard the personal side, standing in front of people and demonstrating has improved my self-confidence a lot. Before I was shy to stand and talk to strange people and explain something or present it but know am able to do it. It increased the love of demonstrating a topic for people. Perhaps in the future I can lecture people or to do work shop for them.
