Figure 1: video of the prepositions lesson
Description figure 1
This is the video I used to engage students about the lesson topic. It was an introduction to prepositions.

Justification
Students this generation tend to watch online videos a lot. So I thought it will be great to play a video in the class. They were excited when I told them we will watch a video. Also, video helps visual and auditory students to understand better and engaged too. (Felder, n.d.). I noticed that most of them understand the topic better when they saw the video, especially visual students. It impacted on their motivation to the class, sometime they feel bored or not on the mood of learning but when I show them a video they they become active and listen to me.
Evidence-2

Evidence-2
Description figure 2
This figure illustrates the feedback I got it from my MCT in year 4 semester 1 in the first observation visit. Her feedback was about my managing and implementing learning strategies in my classroom and with my students.

Justification
Managing classroom is the best way to have students who listen to you and do what you asked them to do. And one way to manage your class is to give a clear and direct instruction. (Richardson, 2016). If the teacher give clear instruction she will not bother herself to repeat them many time because students will get it. Also, giving instructions will help the students to do their work perfectly. I remember that in my last TPs when my instruction is not obvious students start to talk and leave the work but after that I make sure that I give direct and students were focusing in thier work instead of making noise.
